The Participants/Winners shall not dispute the same at any stage. The Participants/Winners agree and acknowledge that E18 or any person or entity permitted by E18 in this regard shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of the entries received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and/or payment to the Participants/Winners. By participating in the Quiz, the Participant hereby further understands and agrees that E18 shall at its sole discretion be responsible inter-alia for the selection of the Winner and its decision in this regard shall be final and binding upon the Participants including the winners.Īll rights, title, claim and interest, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the promotional material(s)/activity, Quiz and in any and all entries of the Participants’ received shall vest solely and exclusively with E18 throughout the world in perpetuity. The Winner specifically provides his/her no-objection to such sharing of information by E18 and shall not initiate any claims against E18 in regard to such information. E18 may be required to share the information submitted by the Participant with any authority, or E18’s officers and representatives. In case of non-compliance in submission of such documents/ additional documents/ information, E18 may decide against giving the Quiz Prize to the Winner and the Winner shall have no objection to the same.
In addition to the above, in case E18 requires any additional documents/ information, for confirmation, E18 shall convey the same to the Winner and the Winner will be required to comply with requirements of E18.
